Malik Air Group Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates as an independent travel services provider offering ticketing, reservations, and consultancy.

Services include but are not limited to flight booking, hotel reservations, travel consultation, itinerary planning, and related services.

2. Regulatory Compliance

We comply with all applicable Pakistani travel-related regulations.

Standard airline policies and conditions of carriage
Passenger data verification and safety guidelines

Airlines retain full authority over schedules, policies, pricing, and operational decisions.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received.

3.2 Payments

Prices may vary based on availability
Currency fluctuations may apply
Service fees are non-refundable
Accepted methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa/JazzCash

3.3 Price Changes

Airlines may update prices anytime. We pass those updates directly without modification.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Refunds depend strictly on airline policy
Service fees are non-refundable
Refunds may take 15–45 days

4.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations

Full or partial refunds follow airline/provider rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to service fees paid
No liability for airline delays or cancellations
No responsibility for visa rejection or documentation issues
No liability for indirect or consequential losses

Airlines operate independently; we function only as a facilitator.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal data
Ensure passport validity and visa compliance
Arrive on time for flights
Follow airline baggage rules
Update us promptly on any travel changes

7. Force Majeure

Natural disasters or weather disruption
Airline strikes or operational failures
Government restrictions or travel bans
Technical issues beyond our control
